What is this study about?
EurekaFacts, on behalf of Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), is conducting a usability study to get feedback from Metro riders (bus or rail) on a prototype of their redesigned website to understand user’s experiences with the application features in order to refine the application prior to launching it.
