What is this study about?
EurekaFacts, on behalf of Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), is conducting a usability study to get feedback from Metro riders (bus or rail) on a prototype of their redesigned website to understand user’s experiences with the application features in order to refine the application prior to launching it. Some participants will be asked to use their personal mobile device to complete this interview, which will require those participants to open a link on their mobile device. Please make sure that you have enough memory on your mobile device in order to do this.

Participants will first be informed of the purpose of the study, what to expect during the session, and be reminded that the study is voluntary. During introductions, the interviewer will also describe the think aloud method and ask participants to think out loud as they work through the tasks.
