
Robert Suls
Director of Customer Experience and Policy Research
Robert Suls is the Director of Customer Experience and Policy Research, at EurekaFacts. His research focuses on quantitative research methods, data analysis and program evaluation for commercial, non-profit and government clients on workforce development, health care, criminal justice and public safety issues. Robert leads research teams involved in studies for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the National Restaurant Association.
In his more than 15 years of applied research experience, Robert has directed survey efforts and data analysis with funding from the Pew Charitable Trusts, Hewlett and Templeton Foundations, Gannett/USA Today, National Journal and NPR News. He has designed, analyzed and reported on over 100 online, CATI/telephone and mixed-mode surveys in the U.S. and multi-country settings. He has conducted research with hard-to-reach populations such as Muslim-Americans and undocumented immigrants. Robert has hands-on program evaluation experience conducting performance and financial audits with the U.S. Government Accountability Office on Defense Department and Health and Human Services sponsored health care programs targeted at measuring and expanding access to health care.
Robert holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Survey Research Methods from Rutgers University, a graduate certificate in Program Evaluation from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
