High School & Beyond 2020

HS&B:20 STUDENT STUDY

The High School and Beyond 2020 (HS&B:20) study looks at how students progress through high school to postsecondary education and/or into the workforce. The US Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) has contracted EurekaFacts, a social science research firm, to administer this important study.

We need your help. We are looking for parents/guardians of 9th-graders and 9th-graders, 12th-graders, 17- and 18-year-olds who recently completed high school or who didn’t complete high school, and 17- and 18-year-olds whose first language is not English. Estamos buscando jóvenes de 17 y 18 años cuyo primer idioma no sea el inglés.

If you are interested in participating, please complete the HS&B:20 study screener to determine your eligibility. By clicking on the “Start Survey” below you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older and that you register your consent to participate in this research study.

Study Details

This study involves one-on-one research interviews. During the interviews, participants will complete a set of questions and be asked how they interpreted each question and how they came up with their answers. All responses are confidential, and any information reported will be in combination with other responses. Because we care about everyone’s privacy, we will assign each participant a unique identifier (ID). Participants’ names will not be linked to their answers.[1]
