Michelle Lampher appointed EVP/Chief Growth Officer at EurekaFacts

 

Rockville, MD, May 18, 2022 – Michelle Lampher has joined EurekaFacts as executive vice president and chief growth officer. Ms. Lampher will provide executive oversight across the company to drive organizational growth and development efforts, to nurture and build relationships with government and private-sector clients, and to ensure the highest levels of quality control and customer satisfaction.

With more than 30 years of leadership and consulting experience directing marketing, program, strategic, and organizational development efforts in government and the nonprofit sector, Ms. Lampher has championed and led a wide variety of market research initiatives aimed at providing data-driven insight to drive organizational growth.

Ms. Lampher has held leadership roles with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and a variety of education and international education organizations, including PAX-Program of Academic Exchange, Youth For Understanding International Exchange, and the National Association of Secondary School Principals, among others. She also founded Better World Strategies LLC, a management consulting firm serving the nonprofit sector, and its NonprofitCoach and Global Leaders Fellowship programs.

Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from the University of California, Los Angeles; completed a graduate program in international business with Thunderbird School of International Management; and has completed advanced leadership skills certification with the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute. She is also a USG-certified grants and contracts officer representative with experience on both sides of the USG funding equation.
