EurekaFacts Develops Custom Model to Assess Organizational Climate
Tuesday, July 20th, 2010In fulfillment of a contract with the US Army Medical Command, EurekaFacts conducted a redesign of a command-wide survey that examines organizational climate. Working closely with leadership and examining best practices and new developments, the new model was further developed using advanced analytical techniques, and direct input from a wide range of civilian and military personnel. It is optimized to equip command leadership with information that helps manage and improve organizational climate on a system-wide basis as well as at various levels of the organization.
